Provide timely chemical applications such as fertilizers, herbicides, and fungicides to promote growth and control weeds in turf and mulched areas.

Care for seed, sod, plants, shrubs and trees to ensure new growth.

Keep grounds free of trash, empty barrels, and remove items from grounds that can cause damage to district property.

Work as needed on snow removal to get a building ready for operation, which may include early morning, late night, weekend, or holiday work.
