PSP CISD is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered Head Football Coach to lead and grow our athletic programs.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school community committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas teaching certificate 

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to student success, character development, and program building

• Head coaching experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage the football program

• serve as a district or campus level administrator in a role that fits a skill set

• Develop athletes academically, socially, and competitively

• Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community

• Uphold UIL and district standards
